Oshun is the Yoruba goddess of the river, one the many goddesses of water, love, sexuality, honey, and sensuality. Oshun is inviting our wild, instinctual being to abandon the societal mask that has molded us into strangers unto ourselves. Is it not time to rush to the riverside and dive into the depths of fresh waters to return with the golden essence of our feminine soul?
Like the environment and so many vulnerable species, we too are rich resources that are very much at risk. As we reach outwardly to protect so many desperate causes, may we also make time to reach inwardly and protect ourselves, our song, our joy, our hope — birthed, not through sheer will power alone, but through a reconnection with that source of “dearest freshness” lying within our most secret, heartfelt depths.
Reignite your sensual nature, come play in the Palace.
Oshun's Palace is sacred space in our psyche's that invites you to embrace your natural instincts and to delight in the erotic life force flowing thorough our breath, our bones, and our body. When we engage in the erotic universe, a sense of mystery, poetry, dance, shimmers around and through us and we enter into Holy Communion with all of creation.
We are welcoming you to create and birth what you have been dreaming as we support you with our various programs. We are a tribe of women changing the world through ritual, dance and play.
